Mr. Culhane, formerly Executive Vice President of Fair, Isaac and Company (a global provider of analytic customer management solutions to financial services, telecommunications, and eBusiness markets), is a consultant to SA on marketing, product development, and sales issues. In 1999, Mr. Culhane was named executive sponsor of Fair, Isaac's eBusiness initiatives and created the vision for analytic services and customer account management software, along with a transition to a web-based access and delivery model. From 1995 to 1999, he oversaw Fair, Isaac's operations in financial services worldwide, growing the unit's revenues ($195 million in 1999) and profits in its primary market by more than 20 percent annually. During this period, he managed a worldwide staff of over 600, and drove product and service reach from a pure credit risk orientation to marketing/customer relationship management. Prior to this, Mr. Culhane conceived of and developed Fair, Isaac's industry-leading line of credit-bureau-based consumer credit evaluation products (aka 'FICO Scores'). He devised and executed the strategy for conversion from competitor offerings, resulting in a dominant Fair, Isaac position now widely considered a ubiquitous industry standard. Mr. Culhane led all aspects of technical development, business development, alliance development, market positioning, client development, user training, and customer service. Unit annual revenues grew from zero to $60 million over the period 1989 to 1995. Mr. Culhane brings to SA his deep financial services market expertise, and marketing, product, and partner development skills. He holds an MS Degree in Statistics from Stanford University (1977).
