Patrick R. Hunt is First Industrial Realty Trust’s Executive Director of Joint Ventures, where he is responsible for overseeing the execution of all of First Industrial’s joint venture relationship management, investment, portfolio management, and disposition activities. In performing his responsibilities, he works closely with the Executive Director of Investments, the Executive Director of Dispositions, the Managing Directors, the National Head of Net Lease Investments, the National Director of Leasing, and the Senior Vice President of Finance.
Mr. Hunt has more than 20 years of management experience in commercial real estate in the areas of asset management, development, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Prior to joining First Industrial, he was managing principal of Previse Capital Management, a private real estate investment firm which he co-founded. Prior to that, Mr. Hunt was president and chief operating officer of Great Lakes REIT, a publicly traded real estate investment trust that merged with a private investment entity. He also was a managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle, a leading global provider of integrated real estate and money management services, where he served as a senior officer in the development and investment management groups.
Mr. Hunt earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and his Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
Mr. Hunt is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Urban Land Institute. |
