Mr. Callaway is president of all four divisions of Francorp, Inc. He leads and is a Senior Consultant for Francorp Consulting, which provides consulting and franchise development programs for new and existing franchisors. He also presides over Francorp Capital, which raises funds and finances new franchising ventures; Francorp Connect, which assists franchisors in identifying and recruiting qualified franchisees; and Francorp International, which provides consulting services to franchisees seeking to expand abroad and introduces them through its many overseas offices to suitable franchise partners. Prior to becoming President of Francorp, Mr. Callaway was Vice President in charge of the firm's Client Services Division, where he was responsible for new business development, including the evaluation, analysis and adaptability of client concepts for franchising. In addition to his responsibilities as President, Mr. Callaway also serves as a Senior Consultant to Francorp's clients, performing client consultations, advising on the feasibility of client expansion programs, strategic planning, franchise documentation, marketing, operations and financial areas. He is responsible for conducting seminars throughout the country for business and educational groups, and speaks on franchising topics at colleges and universities. Prior to joining Francorp, Mr. Callaway was in commercial real estate. Mr. Callaway earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kentucky and his M.B.A. Degree from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
