Mr. Lawlor was previously a Consultant to PDL BioPharma, Inc, and before that was the Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at SaRonix, LLC, a $90 million private company with international facilities. Prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer with Aerojet Fine Chemicals, LLC, a $65 million subsidiary of GenCorp, and before that spent 23 years with Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where he rose through numerous positions among various divisions, with his final position being Vice President of Finance and Controller. He received his BSBA in Management from Northeastern University in Boston, and his MBA in Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. |
