Pat chairs the firm’s Emerging Companies Team. He acts as general counsel to start up and emerging companies with a focus on the technology industry. In this role, Pat advises his clients' boards of directors and management with respect to corporate financings, corporate governance issues, business transactions, shareholder matters and employee issues.
