Mr. Cline is the President of NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quality Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: QSII). NextGen Healthcare Information Systems is one of the leading providers of computer-based practice management and electronic medical records systems to more than 1,200 physician practices across the country. Mr. Cline has brought extensive experience to his role as President of NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, Inc., including more than two decades of senior-level management experience in the healthcare information systems industry. Cline was a co-founder of Clinitec, a company later acquired by Quality Systems, Inc., and served as the company’s President from its inception in January 1994 through its transition to NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, Inc. Before co-founding Clinitec, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Script Systems, a healthcare information systems company and subsidiary of InfoMed. |
