Mr. Duncan co-founded Azalea Capital, LLC in 1995 and has extensive middle market relationships throughout the Southeast plus broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt placements, corporate finance, marketing and strategic planning. He is a frequent guest lecturer for professional groups, as well as regional colleges and universities and is actively involved in all Azalea investment activities. Mr. Duncan currently serves on the Board of Directors of ISO Poly Films, Inc., Power Equipment Maintenance, Inc., Spartan Foods of America, Bumper2Bumper Media, Inc., Master Packaging, Inc., and The Sisk Foundation. He serves on the Advisory Board of the College of Business and Behavioral Science at Clemson University as well as several civic and social organizations in the local community. |
