Frobes joined the Zions Bancorporation board in 2003. She is group senior vice president of Legal Affairs and Risk Management, and is general counsel and corporate secretary of The Irvine Company. Prior to joining The Irvine Company, Frobes was a partner and vice chair at O’Melveny & Myers LLC. She is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers; a past chair of the California State Bar, Real Property Section executive committee; and past co-chair of the California State Bar, joint committee on Reform of Anti-Deficiency Laws. She also has served as a member of the boards of trustees for the Ballet Pacifica and the Newport Harbor Art Museum. Frobes received her B.S. degree from Antioch College and J.D. from the University of Utah. |
