Ms. Wong was appointed HEI Vice President-Administration & Corporate Secretary in April 2005. She is responsible for a wide range of policies and programs with respect to board and corporate governance, regulatory filings, administration, employment, and benefits.
Prior to joining HEI, Ms. Wong worked at HEI’s utility subsidiary, Hawaiian Electric Company, in various roles: associate general counsel, environmental department manager, and vice president, corporate excellence.
Pat received her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Yale University. She received her juris doctorate from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Pat is active in community and professional organizations. She currently serves on the Statewide Health Coordinating Council, the Goodwill Board of Directors, and the Honolulu Symphony Campaign Cabinet. |
