Patricia is a partner in the business law department and concentrates her practice exclusively on health law. She has represented a broad spectrum of health care clients, with a focus on health care regulatory, compliance, and operational issues. In that context, she advises hospitals and health systems, multi and single specialty physician groups, pharmaceutical companies, and clinical laboratory and other ancillary health care providers.

Represented clients seeking advisory opinions from the Office of Inspector General, Department of Health and Human Services.
Represented hospital system client in the acquisition of several tax-exempt and investor owned hospitals in other states.
