Ms. Smith has served as the Executive Vice President of the Human Resources Division of the Company since its formation in 2004, and of the Bank since 2002, and she was the Senior Vice President of the Human Resources Division of the Bank from 2001 to 2002. Before joining the Bank, Ms. Smith held various human resources positions with Old Kent Bank, and with Heritage Bank and its successor, First Midwest Bank. |
