Patricia A. House, a director since July 2003, was Vice Chairman of Siebel Systems, Inc., now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oracle Corporation, a leading database, middleware and application software provider until February 2006. She was with Siebel Systems, Inc. since its inception in July 1993 and had served as its Vice Chairman, Co-Founder and Vice President, Strategic Planning since January 2001. From February 1996 to January 2001, she served as its Co-Founder and Executive Vice President and from July 1993 to February 1996 as Co-Founder and Senior Vice President, Marketing.
