Pati Drumm Grady has worked in the U.S., Europe, Central and South America in consulting and staff positions. She has conducted searches in numerous industry sectors including financial services, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, management consulting and consumer products, with specializations in technology and telecommunications. Previously, she was Executive Director of the Shaker Museum, the Federation of Historical Services and the Hand Hollow Foundation. She was Chief Conservator of a photography archive in Cuzeo, Peru, and Co-director of a folklore documentation project in San Jose, Costa Rica. She relocated to the U.S. in 1991 after having spent eight years living with her family in Vienna, Austria and Brussels, Belgium. While in Brussels, she was on the staff of Milar, Europe's leading provider of research services to the executive search community. Pati speaks German fluently and has a working knowledge of Spanish and French.
Her undergraduate degree is in Anthropology from SUNY and she completed graduate studies in American Folk Culture at the New York State Historical Association. She holds a certificate in executive education from Columbia University Business School. |
