Pat Vasatka has over 25 years of management experience across a wide range of organizations; non-profit, start-up and established for profit organizations. Her experience includes finance and accounting, cash management and treasury, legal review of contracts and agreements, and administrative and facility management. She began her career as a Corporate Accounting Manager at Apache Corporation and has been a Controller for Pace Incorporated, Chief Financial Officer for Pace Analytical, Controller at Acorn Cardiovascular, Inc. and currently serves as Controller/Director of Finance and Shared Services at Minnesota Technology, Inc.Ms. Vasatka holds her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota, Business School. She currently serves on the Parish Council and Finance Commission at her local church. |
