Pat McDonald is currently CEO, President, Director and Founder of Nytis Exploration Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Nytis Exploration Company Canada. Previously, Pat was CEO, President, Director and Founder of Carbon Energy Corporation, an exploration and production company listed on the American Stock Exchange that merged with Evergreen Resources, Inc. a NYSE listed company. Prior to Carbon, Pat was Chairman, CEO, President and Founder of Interenergy Corporation, a natural gas gathering, processing and marketing company that was sold to Kinder Morgan, Inc. a NYSE listed company. Previously, he worked as an exploration geologist with Texaco International Exploration Company where he was responsible for oil and gas exploration efforts in the Middle East and Asia. Pat is a Certified Petroleum Geologist and a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University. |
