Ms. Lundvall, a partner in the firm, has vast experience in every phase of commercial litigation from pleading and motion practice through discovery, settlement, trial and appeal.
Ms. Lundvall has successfully represented clients in judge and jury trials in state and federal court, as well as on appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition, she has served as local and coordinating counsel for large, multi-district, complex litigations. She has particular expertise handling complex business disputes and the substantive claims those disputes typically raise: Contract, business entity and partnership law, shareholder derivative claims, common law business torts such as fraud, conversion, interference with contract, unfair competition, invasion of privacy, as well as statutory torts involving unfair trade practices, unfair competition, RICO, and antitrust. She also has an extensive background in employment law and election law.
Ms. Lundvall's professional focus over the last 16 years has been on developing her trial court experience in which she has been extremely successful. In 2001 she was board certified in Civil Litigation by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and in March 2004 she was the first attorney in Nevada to be certified by the Nevada State Bar as a Civil Trial Advocacy Specialist. In 2008 she was inducted as a Fellow into the trial lawyer honorary society, Litigation Counsel of America. Her success before juries is particularly noteworthy. As part of her trial court development she has effectively trained a talented staff in the most cost-efficient methods of discovery, document control and accountability, as well as trial presentation. Ms. Lundvall is listed in "Best Lawyers in America" for Commercial Litigation, "Outstanding Lawyers of America," Super Lawyers for Commercial Litigation, and "Who's Who in American Law." In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Lundvall has been appointed by the Governor of Nevada to the Public Private Partnership Advisory Panel for the Nevada Department of Transportation, and currently serves the state as a member of the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
