Mr. Kelley serves as president of the Community Services Group, which is ResCare’s largest operating group accounting for nearly 70% of the Company’s annual revenues. The Community Services Group provides services to people with cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities; home care to senior citizens; and foster and residential care to children. Mr. Kelley was employed by ResCare for more than 19 years, first as a direct support professional while he attended college and then in a number of management positions gaining more responsibility. He served as regional vice president for 12 states and then was promoted to senior vice president of the division and ultimately senior vice president of support services in the company’s resource center. He accepted the position of President of Community Services Group in December 2007. Mr. Kelley holds a degree in psychology from Western Kentucky University and a Masters of Science and Social Work from the University of Louisville. |
