Pat’s true passion is for people. As founder and lead manager of Fuscoe Engineering, Inc., he has the opportunity to be directly involved in every project. His great communication is the key to project delivery and client partnering, as he inspires and motivates people to be the best they can be, both individually and working together as a team. Beginning with the engineering design of the award-winning Village of Woodbridge, a 2,000-acre, people-friendly planned community in Irvine, Pat has over thirty years of experience focused in Southern California. He has enjoyed organizing and propelling large groups of professionals on major assignments such as Hidden Creek a 3,000-acre planned community in Anaheim Hills; the coastal-zoned Newport Banning Ranch with its 125-acre marsh restoration; the $140 million Ronald Reagan Federal Building and Courthouse; as well as the highly anticipated Great Park, re-use of the former El Toro Marine Corps Air Station. In honor of his vision and expertise, Pat was recently named Land Development Engineer of the Year by the American Society of Civil Engineers, Orange County Branch. Just as important to Pat, the firm was also named by CE News Magazine as one of the Top 10 Best Civil Engineering Firms to Work For in the nation, a testimony to his dedication to people. As a contributing member of our industry, Pat is involved with the Building Industry Association and Urban Land Institute, and is Chairman of the Board of Miocean, a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing urban runoff and preserving the environmental integrity of Southern California’s beaches and coastal waters. Pat supports many student and community activities and organizations, and is an annual sponsor of the Ocean Institute’s Adopt-A-Class Program, which funds educational field trips for financially disadvantaged schoolchildren. |
