Mr. Engstrom is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader who has spent most of his professional career creating new business innovations and managing the teams that brought them to market. Prior to co-founding Knowledge Factor, Mr. Engstrom co-founded and worked for Online System Services, a Colorado-based ISP. As Vice President of Learning and Performance, he was focused exclusively on training and was instrumental in creating online educational and training programs. Mr. Engstrom spent more than 24 years in the aerospace business, including 11 years working for Ball Aerospace Corporation in a variety of management positions. Prior to his tenure at Ball, Mr. Engstrom was a Division Project Leader for General Dynamics where he had similar team-leading responsibilities. Mr. Engstrom has a MS degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University. |
