Ms Anders entire career has been in different aspects of physician relations. Prior to physician recruiting she held the position of Director of Physician Relations in two separate organizations. In 1985 she began as a physician recruiter with a Miami based firm and within six months she was promoted to Vice President of an associated contingency firm. She has successfully recruited physicians for several organizations and owned her own physician recruiting firm, Anders and Associates. Most recently Ms Anders served as Vice President of Business Development for Renex Corporation a publicly traded company until it was acquired in 1999. She was also part of the start-up team and Vice President of Marketing for Renal CarePartners, Inc. Since 1981, when Ms Anders began her healthcare career she has successfully recruited numerous physicians to positions throughout the country.
