Principal, is responsible for structuring acquisitions, coordinating due diligence, negotiating debt financings, working with portfolio company management teams on an ongoing basis and arranging for the disposition of investments. Prior to joining Willis Stein in 1998, Mr. Jain was in the Midwest Investment Banking Group of Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was involved with a variety of mergers and acquisitions, debt offerings, and equity offerings. Mr. Jain earned an M.B.A. with Distinction from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and received B.A.'s with Distinction in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University. |
