Experience
Pamela is a Partner at Wendel Rosen and Chair of the firm's litigation practice group. She represents public agencies and municipalities, as well as private sector clients, in a broad range of real estate litigation matters. She spends the majority of her time on cases involving eminent domain, inverse condemnation, public agency law, and various land use issues. Pamela has extensive experience in state and federal court at both the trial and appellate levels.
Representative Matters
Trial counsel for acquisition of land for major roadway project with verdict below agency's final settlement offer
Represents transportation authorities in major highway and road improvement projects to relieve area traffic congestion
Acts as General Counsel to a number of local transportation agencies
Assists redevelopment agencies in the acquisition of land to build affordable housing on previously underutilized land
Advises multinational corporations and landowners in successful negotiations with condemning agencies
