St. Jude Medical employee since 2006
Pamela S. Krop joined St. Jude Medical in July 2006 as Vice President, General Counsel and Company Secretary. She previously spent 15 years at General Electric Company, most recently as General Counsel of GE Healthcare Bio-Sciences, a $3 billion business acquired by GE, formerly known as Amersham plc.
During her time at GE, Ms. Krop also served as Vice President and General Counsel of GE Medical Systems Information Technologies and as Associate General Counsel of GE Capital Fleet Services.
Ms. Krop has worked at law firms in Washington, D.C. and Minneapolis, Minnesota USA. She received her law degree from Stanford Law School at Stanford University, where she was an associate editor of the Stanford Law Review. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
