Pamela R. Schneider is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of APAC bringing extensive and diverse executive management, legal and compliance expertise in general business, marketing, corporate and securities law. Ms. Schneider's successful track record includes over 21 years in the legal profession with extensive in-house experience at a Fortune 100 company as well as smaller, entrepreneurial ventures. She is a collaborative, strategic thinker who excels at advancing business objectives and strategies while managing corporate risk. Prior to joining APAC, Ms. Schneider was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel-Retail Merchandising & Marketing for Sears, Roebuck and Co. During her nine years with Sears she also held various executive positions in the Sears Law Department supporting its retail operations, home services and home stores business areas. Prior to that, Ms. Schneider held executive and management positions with JMC Group, Inc., San Diego Trust & Savings Bank, and was an associate with Latham & Watkins. Ms. Schneider holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School, a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Illinois, California and District of Columbia Bars.
