Pamela J. Knauer Shareholder Ms. Knauer concentrates her practice in representing corporations, limited liability companies and banks in various stages of development and financing. She counsels clients on a broad spectrum of business matters, from organization and incorporation, capital formation, bank financings and securities offerings, to corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions. She reviews contracts and negotiates transactions on behalf of corporate reorganizations and bank clients, and advises them on the legal aspects of their relationships with shareholders, regulators, creditors, distributors and vendors. Other Professional and Personal Information Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Knauer practiced law for ten years in Boston, where she began her legal career at a prominent law firm representing venture capital investors and small biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She also represented public companies in regulated industries, including one of New England's largest bank holding companies, on whose behalf she advised on corporate and bank regulatory matters. From private practice in Boston, Ms. Knauer joined the corporate legal department of a Fortune 500 financial services corporation, where she was responsible for general corporate issues, regulatory compliance, deposit and mortgage lending issues, and transactional matters. |
