Palmer Garson, Board Member, is a Managing Director of Richmond, Virginia based private equity firm, Jefferson Capital Partners. Prior to co-founding Jefferson Capital Partners, Ms. Garson developed extensive corporate finance and investment banking experience while working for Morgan Stanley & Co., A.G. Edwards, and Mellon Bank. Ms. Garson's primary focus as an investment banker was the execution of mergers and acquisitions. In addition to serving on TechnoBrands' Board, Ms. Garson currently serves on the Boards of Directors for several companies including 360Commerce AtHome America, HCCA, iLIANT and Flat Rock Grille. Additionally, Ms. Garson serves on Duke University's Board of Directors for Trinity College and the Boards of Directors for the Collegiate School and the Darden School Foundation. Ms. Garson has a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
