Paige brings a diverse range of civil litigation experience to Hall & Evans, LLC. Her practice includes insurance, surety, construction and employment related matters at the trial and appellate court levels. Not only has she had the opportunity to participate in oral argument for both the Colorado Appellate and Supreme Courts, she has practiced before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Colorado Civil Rights Division. Her practice also extends to the U.S. District Court for Colorado and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Her specialized and unique knowledge of the surety industry adds to her broad range of experience. Paige has successfully represented numerous commercial surety companies across the country involving actions and claims on performance, payment, motor vehicle dealer, indemnity, and public charter operator bonds. She is also a contributing author to the following American Bar Association surety-related practice books: Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal 2008 Annual Survey, Fidelity and Surety section, Motor Vehicle Dealer Bond Manual (2006), Payment Bond Manual (2006), and the Fidelity and Surety Desk Reference Manual (2006). Paige also contributed to both the 2004 and 2006 editions of the Defense Research Institute’s Bad Faith State by State Compendium. In 1996, Paige graduated from Indiana University's Liberal Arts and Management Honors Program. This prestigious program accepts only 25 students a year on a campus of 35,000 students. She then earned her J.D. from the University of Denver in 1999. Paige is an active member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, American Bar Association, and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. |
