PJ joined the Athletes' Performance team in Los Angeles December, 2007. A 2004 graduate of Michigan State University, PJ was a member of the Men's Gymnastic Team and the Men's Swimming and Diving Team. While earning his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, PJ also served as a Strength and Conditioning coach for the MSU Athletic Department. After graduating from Michigan State, PJ went on to earn his Master's Degree from Ball State University in 2006 with a concentration in Business and Athletic Administration. During PJ's two year stay at Ball State he served as a Graduate Assistant Gymnastics Coach. In this capacity, PJ created workout programs, event training and all conditioning programs for the gymnastics team. PJ also served as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor as part of the Ball State Recreation Department and spent his summer semesters as a performance intern with Athletes' Performance After completing his Master's degree, PJ started personal training in Chicago as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Prior to joining the Athletes' Performance team, PJ owned a personal training business in Chicago. |
