In 2003 Mr. Sullivan joined Manpower Inc as Executive Vice President and CEO of its professional services subsidiary Jefferson Wells which specializes in Internal Audit Finance & Accounting Tax and Technology Risk Management. In 2004 he assumed the additional responsibility of CEO of another Manpower subsidiary Right Management - a global provider of integrated talent management solutions. Prior to his tenure with Manpower and its’ subsidiaries he served as President of Metavante’s (the former M&I Data Systems) Financial Services Group as well as President of their Enterprise Solutions Group during his 8 years with the firm. He also owned his own strategic planning executive mentoring and consulting firm Sullivan Advisors LLC. Before joining Metavante Mr. Sullivan spent 14 years with IBM in several sales sales management and product management positions. Currently he serves on various Boards of Directors including Ministry HealthCare; Circuit Check Inc.; and Children’s Hospital and Health System Inc.
He is a native of Boston Massachusetts; a graduate of Marquette University and has completed several advanced Business Management Programs through Harvard Business School and the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. |
