Mr. Rouse serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Brokerage and Investment Services. He guides the brokerage team in transacting leasing business for both tenants and landlords locally, regionally and nationally. He also represents both the firm and its clients in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, site selection and assemblage, and structuring transactions. Rouse, who has 25 years commercial real estate experience, joined the firm in 1995 as director of investment services. He expanded his role and became director of brokerage services in 2002. |
