Otávio Carneiro de Rezende Born on 10/18/1954 he majored in Economics from Faculdade Cândido Mendes in 1978 and obtained his MBA from APG Amaná Key in 1993. He held several positions of trust in several different companies among which: Sales Administration Manager at Banco Bozano Simonsen from 1985 to 1993 CFO and Investor Relations Officer at Serra da Mesa Energia which is owned by Grupo VBC and Bandeirante Energia from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002 he was CFO at CPFL Paulista CPFL Piratininga and CPFL Geração. He currently holds the position of Director at Votorantim Energia S/A and is a member of the Board of Directors of VBC Energia S/A. BAESA and ENERCAN. On 12/18/2002 he became a member of the Company´s Board of Directors. |
