Osvaldo Garay H. is Manager of Risk and Strategic Management of the Central Bank of Chile as from April 2005. He graduated from the Catholic University as industrial engineer specialized in electrical engineering and holds a MBA in commercial and industrial engineering from the Adolfo Ibáñez University.
Since 1995 he was in charge of the Product Control Unit - Resident Vice-President of Citigroup Chile where he worked on analysis and production of management information MIS (local and US GAAP) and control of the money market.
Mr. Garay had previously been Product Manager of KS Promotions where he designed advertising campaigns for companies such as Coca-Cola Bolivia. He was also Commercial Under-Manager and Technical Under-Manager of Pirelli E&T. |
