Osmo A. Hautanen, age 51, is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Magnolia Broadband, Inc., a semiconductor company and innovator of radio frequency solutions for the cellular communications industry. Prior to that, Mr. Hautanen served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fenix LLC, a holding company for Union Pacific Corporation’s technology assets, based in Dallas, TX. Mr. Hautanen also served as Chief Executive Officer of Formus Communications, Inc., a broadband access provider of voice, video, data communications and information technology services in European markets. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Hautanen held various senior management positions with Philips Electronics. Prior to this, Mr. Hautanen held various positions with Nokia from 1978 to 1996. Mr. Hautanen serves on the Board of Directors or Board of Advisors of various telecommunications and technology companies. Mr. Hautanen earned an MBA in International Business from Georgia State University in 1987. Mr. Hautanen also holds a Bachelor of Science in Control Engineering from Technical College of Varkaus (Finland), 1976. Mr. Hautanen serves as the chairman of the governance, compensation and nominating committee and serves on the audit committee of our Board of Directors. |
