Bud Marx is currently Chairman of the Board for Amerigon Incorporated, a NASDAQ-listed company. Prior to that he held several positions including President and CEO, TMW Enterprises; Chairman of Board, GT Automotive and President, and CEO Electro-Wire Products Inc.
Bud spent the previous 32 years at Ford Motor Company, serving as: Vice President, Automotive Components Group,: Executive Director, Diversified Products Group Chief of staff for the Executive Vice President Diversified Products Group; President & General Manager, Ford of Mexico; and CFO, Ford Europe.
He also serves on the board of Parametric Technology Corporation (NASDAQ) and TESMA International Inc. (NASDAQ, TSE). Bud graduated from Princeton University and earned an MBA in Finance at Northwestern University. |
