Mr. Marx is the Chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee. Mr. Marx has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Amerigon Incorporated, a high technology automotive component supplier, since November 2001. He was Chief Executive Officer and President of TMW Enterprises, a private automotive investment firm, from July 1995 to February 2002, and since that date he has been Vice President, Automotive Sector and Director.
