Orrin J. Edidin is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of WMS Industries. Mr. Edidin leads WMS' engineering and game development groups, product management, international operations and the global sales and marketing departments. He also drives WMS' business and product development strategies. Mr. Edidin, who has been with WMS since 1997, also oversees WMS's ever-expanding global footprint, thanks to significant acquisitions including Orion Gaming of The Netherlands and Systems in Progress in Austria. He is also driving additional international expansion into Asia, Latin America and Europe. Mr. Edidin's vision helped make FY07 a banner year for WMS, with increasing demand for WMS' revolutionary gaming products. Unit sales have expanded both domestically and internationally year over year, 13 percent and 36 percent, respectively, while total units sales are up 19 percent. Prior to joining WMS, Mr. Edidin was Associate General Counsel for Fruit of the Loom, Inc. and Farley Industries. From 1986 to 1992, he was Senior Attorney with the Chicago law firm of Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman. Mr. Edidin also is a trustee of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys and is Vice President of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers. |
