Orlando Rivera is a Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for Security Capital Assurance (SCA).
Rivera has over 15 years of HR executive leadership. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and responsible for all HR initiatives of SCA and its subsidiaries XL Capital Assurance and XL Financial Assurance including executive contracts health and retirement benefits HR strategic planning as well as recruitment and employee development. He joined SCA in 2006 to assist in the preparation for the firm’s initial public offering.
Prior to joining SCA Rivera worked for XL America where he was the lead HR executive responsible for the Financial Products and Services segment and the XL Capital Investment Partners businesses of Bermuda-based XL Capital Ltd. During his career he has served in various HR roles throughout the financial services industry including Gen Re Financial Products Societe Generale Arthur Andersen Chase Manhattan Bank and Goldman Sachs. |
