Mr. Chikamoto

is a director with the firm, where he practices in the areas of estate and gift tax law, probate and estate planning.

Mr. Chikamoto received his B.A. degree in History from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his L.L.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law.

He has been practicing law since 1973 and has been with the firm since 1987.

Mr. Chikamoto has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law, is currently an Adjunct Faculty member, University of Hawaii Manoa, College of Business Administration, Professional Certificate Program, CFP Course in Estate Planning, 2003-___, and is a member of the Hawaii Estate Planning Council.
