Olivia F. Kirtley was elected to the Board of Directors in May, 2003. She is a consultant on strategic and corporate governance issues. She is a former Chairman of the Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the national professional organization representing over 350,000 member CPAs on regulatory issues and with the investing public. Until 2000, Kirtley was Vice President - Finance and CFO of Vermont American Corporation, a global manufacturer of power tool accessories. Prior to joining Vermont American, Ms. Kirtley was with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Ms. Kirtley serves on the Boards of Directors of Alderwoods Group, Inc. and ResCare, Inc., as well as several non-profit organizations. |
