Mr. Maggard has more than 24 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, including over 13 years of major Wall Street investment banking experience with Kidder Peabody & Co., Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated, and E. F. Hutton & Co. While at these firms, Mr. Maggard executed over 80 transactions ranging from $6 million to $1 billion in value and collectively accounting for $6 billion in transaction value. Mr. Maggard’s transaction experience includes financings such as high yield debt, initial public offerings, private placements and common stock issues, as well as merger and acquisition assignments, including leveraged buyouts, fairness opinions and buyer- and seller-advisory assignments. Mr. Maggard’s industry experience includes retailing, consumer products, telecommunications, technology, business services and manufacturing. Prior to joining Caymus Partners, Mr. Maggard spent seven years with Regent Capital Partners, a private equity firm that managed $50 million for investments in middle market companies in the consumer and business services industries. Mr. Maggard serves on the Board of Directors of Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. Mr. Maggard earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Middlebury College, where he previously served as a member of the Middlebury College Board of Trustees. |
