Since Nordic's inception in 1994, Og has overseen the acquisition and/or development of over 6 million square feet of commercial, industrial and multifamily real estate throughout New England. With a particular focus on value-add and adaptive re-use work, the projects have tended to involve visible, complicated assets. Over that time period he has built Nordic into a major player in the Greater Boston real estate market. In addition to this real estate development work, Og has raised over $110 million of equity for these transactions in the past two years. His relationships with key financial institutions and lenders provide the resources to move projects along. Og currently serves as a director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, Rogerson Communities, and NAIOP- Boston (National Assoc. of Industrial & Office Properties), as well as trustee at the New England Aquarium and Milton Academy.
