O.S. ("Dub") Andras was elected a Director of EPE Holdings in February 2006 after serving as a non-executive Director of Enterprise Products GP upon his retirement in July 2005 from the position of Vice Chairman. Previously he served as Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman and Director of Enterprise Products GP from September 30, 2004 to February 11, 2005. Mr. Andras was elected President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Enterprise Products GP in April 1998 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of EPCO, Inc. from 1996 to February 2001.
