As Senior Vice President, Director of Leasing, Mr. Jerome is responsible for the design and implementation of Acadia’s leasing strategies to grow and sustain the Company’s portfolio of properties. In addition, Mr. Jerome has responsibility for managing and expanding Acadia’s Leasing Department. Mr. Jerome joined Acadia with over 14 years experience in the retail real estate industry. Prior to joining Acadia, Mr. Jerome was Vice President of Retail Leasing for Edens & Avant, responsible for a portfolio of approximately 23 million square feet of neighborhood centers, lifestyle centers and mixed-use properties across the Eastern United States. Prior to joining Edens, Mr. Jerome spent time as a senior leasing rep for both Combined Properties and Federal Realty Investment Trust in Washington, D.C. Mr. Jerome holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston University and an MBA from Georgetown University. |
