Norrie Daroga is executive vice president of the risk management and legal division and corporate secretary for Metavante Corporation. He was named to this position in 2003, having previously served as general manager of the company's wealth management group. He is responsible for the following functions: risk management, compliance, legal, real estate, engineering and physical security. Daroga joined Metavante in 1997 as its first general counsel. Prior to leading the wealth management group, he was senior vice president, Corporate Development, responsible for the company's strategic planning effort. Before joining Metavante, Daroga was a partner at the law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP, where he served for nine years as technology counsel. Daroga also worked as a manufacturing engineer for General Electric Company for eight years before pursuing his legal career.Daroga received his degree of Juris Doctor from Marquette University in 1988. He holds both a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. |
