Mr. Matthews has been a director of the Company since February 2002. Mr. Matthews has over three decades of experience as a business leader in marketing and merchandising, and is currently an independent business consultant. As former President of Federated Department Stores, he led the operations of one of the nation's leading department store retailers with over 450 stores in 34 states. Mr. Matthews is a Princeton University graduate, and earned his Masters degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at several companies, including Toys 'R' Us, The Progressive Corporation, and Sunoco, and is a trustee at the American Museum of Natural History. |
