Norman (Bud) Robertson is the Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for all financial operations and investor relations activities for the company, as well as administrative functions including human resources, legal, production and distribution, Information Technology and facilities.

Robertson joined Progress Software in May of 1996. For over 30 years, he has managed the financial direction of various public and private technology companies including M/A-COM, Digital Equipment Corporation and General Motors.

Robertson holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and a master's degree in management from Boston University.
