Norman Quandt handles Railway Labor Act litigation (law suits and arbitrations) for airline clients of the firm throughout the country. He also handles National Mediation Board representative elections for airline clients and regularly advises airline clients on DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements as well as WARN Act issues.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, and Eleventh Circuits. He is also AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. Norman has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous trial courts (federal and state) throughout the United States.
Norman served as a U.S. naval officer.
