Norma Knudsen oversees more than 600 Trade Secret salons located in regional malls throughout North America and is responsible for the retail merchandise departments.
Knudsen joined Beauty Express in 1984, which was later acquired by Regis Corporation, and moved through a variety of business operations positions before assuming her current role.
