Norma Knudson is director of information resources, the firm’s research services and external information management department. She leads a team of more than 15 professionals who provide legal, technical, industry and competitive research for the entire firm and evaluate and manage a library of more than 10,000 print and electronic resources worldwide. Prior to joining Faegre & Benson in 2003 as manager of research services, Norma was a research and technical services librarian for Dorsey & Whitney. She has provided customer service and research services in large law firms for the last 15 years. Norma received her B.A. in English and communications from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., and her Master of Library and Information Science from the College of St. Catherine. She is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries and the Minnesota Association of Law Libraries. |
