Norbert Fronczak brings more than twenty years of manufacturing and quality assurance management experience to Cambrios. As Vice President of Operations he is responsible for manufacturing, materials, quality systems, information technology, environmental health & safety, and facilities management. Prior to joining Cambrios, he spent more than 10 years as Production Manager for electronic materials supplier JSR Micro, Inc. where he managed all aspects of materials production including capacity expansion and new product scale-up, training, development of preventative action and continuous improvement programs and a production schedule with greater than 98 percent on time performance. Prior to joining JSR, he served as Project Engineer and Quality Assurance Manager for the solid rocket manufacturer Chemical Systems Division of United Technologies where he was responsible for manufacturing development and implementing ISO 9000 philosophy and compliance. Prior to United Technologies, Fronczak served as a Quality Engineer I and II at flexible disk manufacturer Verbatim. Fronczak received a master of science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and a bachelor of science in Chemistry from Saint Ambrose University. He is certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) by the American Production and Inventory Society |
